Rhode Island BioBlitz 2017 will take place on June 9 and 10 at Snake Den State Park in Johnston. The orientation is a great way to learn about the features of this year’s site and what a “BioBlitz” is all about, and to meet potential team mates. NOTE: Anyone wishing to participate in the BioBltiz itself is required to be registered in advance and assigned to a team.

Pizza and other refreshments will be provided.

Free but RSVP is required.

Northern Rhode Island Conservation District will be the local host for this year’s edition of Rhode Island BioBlitz.

Thanks to Roger Williams Park Zoo, a major sposnor of Rhode Island BioBlitz, for hosting the orientation in its Education Center inside the Zoo.
